Group buying vs individual buying; a competitive approach for two retailers

Development of technology and expansion social media emerge group-buying mechanism as a popular strategy. In this paper, two competitive retailers are considered that sell the same product to customer in market, Group buying individual buying. Three Different competition scenarios considered, order implement first strategies, Stackelberg model is used where retailer Individual assumed be leader follower, respectively. For third strategy, Nash equilibrium applied when they decide separately. We analysis optimal strategy each scenario. And also determine conditions for present market scenarios. Finally, numerical example provided, illustrate effectiveness aforementioned three models.
